1. Digital Code Delivery

All digital codes provided by Game Lover BD are delivered electronically via email and online delivery. Once your order is processed, we initiate the verification steps immediately. If no further verification is required, your digital code will be emailed to you instantly. We welcome customers from all over the world.

If you do not receive any emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

2. Returns

You can return an item of merchandise within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Please note that our return policy does not apply to the following goods: CD Key, Gift Card, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Pre-paid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code, Game Key, Cosplay Items, Discounted, or Sale Items. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders submitted online and paid for are processed immediately and may not be canceled.

Refunds for Digital Cards or Gift Cards are not possible if the card is delivered to you via our delivery team. However, if we are unable to send you your desired product within our promised time, we will refund the full amount you paid during ordering. In the event the customer does not take delivery of the product after completing the order, the remaining amount will be refunded, leaving a 5% fee out of the total amount.

Delivery time may vary from 5 minutes to 1 hour after order processing, and in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
